Oh Boy - A hike!

OK, where are you guys taking me...?

Do you see, waaaay down there? That is where we started - see the parking lot? I'm starting to question this trip...

Wild flowers - schmild flowers.

View... Schmiew...

At the top, I drank all the water we brought - hey! I'm a black dog and it was HOT!!!!
We got in the car - drove down a short distance and...

NIRVANA!!!

Hank turned into a bouncy Tigger...

Hank and I got Kimry good and wet!

I shook myself off and got to work - I am a retriever after all!

Dennis needed help selecting the correct size - nothing like a good rock dive!

The pounce...

The search...

Diver down!

Try again!

YES!!! Score!!!

Do it again!

And again! And again!

Another great summer adventure in Oregon!

I love my Black Bear - we've been having so much fun with him!

Well, maybe too much fun...

We tried to resuscitate bear...

It didn't work...

It's cool, we still mess with his head.

Anyone interested?

Oh great!!!

Uh, you're supposed to throw it.

Like now?

Don't make me take it away from you...

P L E A S E throw the ball, I'm begging you!

Woo hoo!

We're happy now!

Earlier in the day, Kimry had dropped her cell phone while out riding in the high desert... she needed my help. I listened carefully.

Hank sorta listened...

I needed clues. First I met the culprit.

He was kind of big!

We swapped smells...

I was ready!

We started off - it was hot and dusty!

But it was no problem for me, I tracked that phone down - I'm a hero.

Time for a cool one... it was worth the hard work!

I needed to get cleaned up for dinner!

This should do it, now just a shake!

Dinner time?

I'm Pirate. Meet my friend, Hank. I visit him every summer. I'm 2 years old now!

This year mom and dad are in Paris for the summer trying all different kinds of foods... I like bones myself.

I had plenty of them to chew on until grandpa discovered I had jaws of steel... now I'm limited - but there are other things to chew up. I help a lot with mulching, you know - sticks, small logs, pine cones... and my toys...
Bark on!
